Fitting a Tunze 9001 into a Fusion Lagoon 25 - HELP

Help, the Tunze DOC 9001 Nano Protein Skimmer does not fit in the Fusion Lagoon 25 tanks.
It will not fit in the sock compartment in next to it. IF I removed the return pump it might work.
But then how do I mod the return pumps? Buy two small pumps in put in the side chambers?

Does anyone have a solution on how to use this skimmer with the Fusion Lagoon 25?
I could return it, but is there a better choice?
Can anyone post photos of their Fusion Lagoon working with this skimmer?

I have not seen those, ONLY post here that said it would fit before I bought it, hehehe.
More research show that this only only fit two ways.
1. Mod-it, Remove the magnet and super glue it in a new spot
2. Place this in the center and remove the return pump, replacing with two small pumps in the side chambers.

I have also just order a Aquamaxx HOB-1.5, should be super overkill, but I've seen photos that this fits great for the
Fusion Lagoon 25 without any mods.

It will be here Tuesday, I'll test it and then return one of the skimmers back to Amazon.
