2) Which flake/pellet food is best for overall fish health and nutrition?

Here's my go to food pellet food kit. Notice there is one flake. Just incase new fish are used to feeding flake. But for each pellet, I always add a drop of Selcon. I do like flake for feeding CUC in the QT. Cheers!

I have a mixed reef with about 25 fish and I feed twice a day.....8’ just trying to figure out a way of feeding my fish twice a day without always doing frozen food just because it adds up so quickly.....I want to try and use pellets/flake food bit I’m just worried about it effecting my water quality...

I purchased some of those PE Pellets the other day...my Clowns went nuts over them!

I use this, they love it, 6 months ongoing 2-3 pellets every other day.
