I came home today from work and my flame angel was dead in the rock work. He seemed bloated. My son said just a bit before this he was swimming around but “acting weird, super heavy breathing”

No new fish in months, I did add a couple corals last weekend but they were from a known high quality source that I’ve never had any issues with. He wasn’t fighting with anyone else, didn’t seem to have any injuries etc. don’t know what to think or if I need to do anything preemptively for my other fish. None are acting odd. Any thoughts?

Yes it was bloated in the tank. I don’t think he was dead very long before I took him out, 1-2 hours max.

Salinity 1.026
Ph 7.95
Temp 79-80
Alk 10
Nitrate 16
Phosphate .45

Nothing with those numbers would lead towards the fish death. Anyone picking on him? Stressing him out? How's oxygen levels in tank? Good water agitation up top?

No one picking. Everyone has worked out any issues months ago. Pretty sure oxygen is good. I can’t figure it out

Sorry to see that.
Did it feel like it was tense? Could you tell if it was filled with fluid, or air?
If air, I'd wonder about severe swim bladder dysfunction, versus an overwhelming infection.
