Flame Angel Health

I recently bought a flame angel. A few days after I got it home and settled into the tank i noticed a white patch on its left side just behind its left fin. Thinking it was Ich I started treating for it. Now the white has subsided but she's now got minimal use of that fin. What could be the cause?

While I haven't been able to get a clear picture of the fin due to my angel being ridiculously camera shy, I'll say this she is getting more mobility out of the fin. I've been feeding with food soaked in a concoction I've found that really seems to be helping for the time being anyways. I'll try to get a picture tomorrow while the lights are on. I can look at the tank all day and she'll swim around the tank in open space, but as soon as I pick up the camera she's hiding in the rocks. Crazy fish.
