Flame angel help

Quick question about weird behavior from my flame angel. Just noticed the angel randomly pressing her side up against the sides of other fish. Not rubbing on rocks or sand, eating and swimming normal. No signs of disease pectoral fins slightly torn at the ends. All fish quarantined and treated with copper prior to addition.

After watching more I pulled the flame from the tank because she was getting bullied by one of the fish. The fish that it was rubbing against were not the one doing the bullying. Im going to place the flame back in qt until im sure its ok and the bully is rehomed
