Flame Angel nipping corals HELP!!

Grrr. That's the risky part. If you believe in QT being partially to train your new fish to accept your choice in foods then you risk training it to eat coral. lol. Thanks.
 
I have a flame in my nano, its majority sps with one duncan for the clowns. My flame nips
At my sps polyps but nothing worth getting too cranky over. It's not gonna kill my sps, hasn't in the last 6 months. The odd bit of nipping doesn't seem to bother me, and honestly nothing that wouldn't happen in the wild. I don't so lps and softies other than the one Duncan so can't speak for how detrimental it is to these corals
 
That's what they do ..... almost all of them. The degree to which folks find them problematic has everything to do with tankmates and corals you choose to keep. I love angels, have six of them, so I just don't try to keep the fleshy LPs that they find so irresistible.
 
My flame was a butthead to my other fish and then proceeded to nip at my hammer coral. He ended up in a plastic water bottle trap I made and back to my LFS. They re-sold him for me.
