Flame angel not eating please help

After a week in quarantine, it stop eating. He was eating as a pig. I do a water change everyday about 10% but my Nitrate are high. Around 40. Any advice.?

Any medications? Salinity, pH, temp, ammonia? Pygmy angles are VERY sensitive to ammonia. I know, I lost cherub angels in QT after they went through all the medications because I got lax on the ammonia. Its one of those mistakes you only make once. The nitrates at 40 are ok for fish.

I check ammonia close to 0. Thank you. I am not using medication in that tank.
