Hi,
We bought a flame angel 2 days ago and its seems to be struggling with swimming, it also has a white raised patch on the side(see image).

The levels in our tank should be good for the fish, it's also not eating properly.

Move it to QT and treat it using paraguard if you happen to have some. Can’t tell you what it is, but it is not normal.

Welcome to R2R!
A raised white patch, without a picture to help, has me leaning to bacterial infection. There's a variety of treatments, but you need to move quickly if it is a gram negative bacterial infection. These kill fish quickly. So meds ASAP. Have had real good results with Nitrofuracine Green Powder (NFG); another plan is to use the trifecta of Furan2 + Kanaplex + Metro; or Triple Sulfa + Neoplex. All of these cover a wide spectrum of bacterial infections. But I can't stress this enough, it needs to start ASAP. If you can't find any of these readily available in your area, you could also give the fish a 90 minute bath in Ruby Reef Rally. RRR has both antiseptic and antibiotic qualities.
Have you checked your basic water parameters? Ammonia? Nitrites? Nitrates? But especially the ammonia. Flame Angels are very susceptible to ammonia damage of their gills. If ammonia is part of the problem, a bath in methylene blue will help the gills to get some oxygen to the fish while the gills heal.

Hard for me to see what's wrong with that picture.

Is it in a display tank? If so I would move it to a hospital tank and try for a better picture.

Sad news i moved it to the Qt and it died almost instantly, so it got really weak by the time i could move it. :(

Sorry to hear you lost it
