Flame Angel with White Spot?

Just saw a silvery white spot on my flame angel today. Is it a fluke, cyst, or parasite? Should I have a fresh water bath, prazipro etc. ? Thanks!

Sorry-but really hard to see in that pic! Dwarf angels are hard to get a clear pic of because they never stop moving!

I’d agree hard to tell from photo but it kind of looks like it’s scraped it’s skin on some rocks.
