Have recently reserved a baby flame angel at my lfs. Have a 75 gallon tank with the following fish
• yellow tang
•sailfin tang
•2 yellowtail damsels
•2 mated clowns
•pesudochromis

Will the angel get along with all of them?

Have heard conflicting answers on this topic. Some say the Angel will fight the tangs and kill all my fish. I thought I'd ask you guys

And the Angel is going to be an inch compared to my yellow tang which is a good 2 1/2-3 inches

That's what I thought as well. Damsel shouldn't do anything should he?

No i think you will be fine i recently bought a flame angel and have a scopas tang.. And nothing happens

Flames can get aggressive as they get bigger. The main issue would be about fish you add after the angel. Been there done it:)

Angels are a deep bodied fish. Tangs, which are also deep bodied, don't like other deep bodied fish. Smaller tanks magnify tang aggression, and a 75g is small for one tang, let alone two.

Flame angels also like to be in the rock work. Most Pseudochromis don't take kindly to intruders to their territory. And while the damsels in the OP tank aren't particularly aggressive, they will chase a flame angel out of their territory.

My six line, springeei and flame all share the rockwork. :-) also have an anthia and bangai cardinal who are very docile. Everyone gets along fine. Think mh clowns might be getting ready to breed. One of them has become nippy but only to my hand in the tank! Bites me like crazy lol

My flame angel, potters, coral beauty all get along fine in the tank. There is also 2 yellow tangs, regal tang, clown tang, yellow eye, six line, pair of clown fish and some anthias all doing great for over a year. The clown tang and yellow eye are coming out soon. They have turned in bullies also clown tangs are known to shread fish.

But were the tanks bigger than 65g?

Tank size can help disperse aggression, as can the order fish are added.

There are always exceptions, and it seems as though your s is one. I'm sure you are familiar with the many, many other experiences of others that have had dealings with sixlines and Pseudochromis. Have you isolated what makes your situation successful?

I tried to follow the rules other than amount of stock. Lol I added the six line and springeribon the same day. They settled togeather. My original flame didn't make it so I had to replace itm this one is king. Not a bully but don't take no guff either. So they get along great. I'm most surprised my lil anthia who was last and came from a local breakdown is doin so well. But I keep them all fed and happy. Lol you cry ifvyou knew how much I have. 11 fish in my 40. Anthia was added about 4 months ago.

So you recommend a similar stocking density, particularly with 2 tangs in a 65, and think there is a likelihood of success?
