Not sure what’s wrong with his eye his the only one have this, what can I do all my fish in qt with copper

should I dip the fish?

Looks like one eye has popeye. One eye is usually from an injury. Can treat with plain USP epsom salts in the display tank. 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons of tank water. This will slightly elevate the tank's mag levels. Can re dose once a day or two later.
If the salts don't reduce the swelling, recommend treating with erythromycin in a QT.
