I have an existing, large starry Blenny and an orange striped prawn goby in a 180 and I am planning to add a medium flame hawk fish. Do you think I will have aggression issues?

In a 180......... not at all.
The fact you have just three fish in a 180 surprises me as far often ppl have 30.
Yeah you should see my 180s..

You should have no issue :)

I have 7 fish in my 150 and the biggest is a coral beauty :) I'm planning on three more than that will be it for me, 5" is the max size any of my fish will grow.

I hear ya I have 7 fish in my 150 and my biggest is my 16 year old yellow tang and the rest a lot smaller but my blue tang won't stay that way. I have always stocked light and a few of my fish are 10yrs +. My thinking is with less fish less chance of a crash and fish are happier. I want to will my tang to my son when the day comes. Plus less fish equal less maintenance. My flame hawkfish is like a ninja the way he creeps around the tank
