Flame or Rhomboid or Neither ?

haha, the lubb i got from you is scared of his own shadow.

That's because that was the lubb that took all the beat down of the other lubbs... you gotta remember, that fish has seen 4 different types of flooring.

Lubb's can be just as mean as any other wrasse. I have witnessed it several times in my tank. I don't think it is good practice to suggest the lubb is any less agro than the others.

well there are always exceptions but as a whole lubbocks are usally one of the less aggressive fairys but i have seen some be quite nasty..but most of the ones i have kept where pretty peacfull...but i don't think that it is bad practice to say that they are less aggressive

Well none of these rules will apply now that I just purchased a 125 !!!!!!!!!

Woot for me ! :D

My lubbocks is a total whimp. Most people I have spoken to about this fish agree. There are always exceptions, I'm sure.

Mine is 3.5 years old, and only about 4". Great jumper though.

I agree with Brad about getting flashers instead. Plenty of gorgeous ones to choose from.

Marvin you are absolutely correct on that, wrasse heaven

Also with a nice selection of Wrasses, would a school of tiger anthias get along fine ?

Wrasse will be fine with anthias's.

Brad since everyone seems to come to you for advice, would a mystery wrasse be ok with the selection of fish im wanting ? Rhomboids, Flames, Lineatus, Anthias ?
I've just heard they could really do some damage on most wrasses :(

Well, I have heard from many, that a mystery wrasse can get very aggressive towards other wrasses, and other fish their size. But, the very first wrasse I owned was a mystery wrasse, I bought him when he was young and he grew up as I added other wrasses. He never showed any aggression toward my other wrasses. But I beleive this is not the norm.
He died a year ago. I beleive he broke his jaw somehow. So, I dont think I will buy another one because I lucked out on the first one.

Aw dangit... Mine will be for sell soon then if anyone is interested :)

Brad, be expecting more questions as my 125 gets ready ! Now my go to guy for fish advice haha
Thanks for all the help ! BTW super awesome tank man.

yeah and if u do try one the mystery needs to be the last wrasse added..but i would not chance it
