Flame wrasse; dandruff

i have a female flame wrasse in 2.0 copper power, and just finished second round of prazi.

In the top side of his head, say above his eye, looks like white dandruff. Two specs of white pieces, not bulging, more flush with his skin.

Ruling out flukes ich due to meds, anything else this could be
Hard to get a photo of it, but it’s not protruding like lympho typically does.

There are prazi resistant flukes out there now so I wouldn't rule out the possibility of them, you may want to consider a freshwater dip to confirm. If you're able to get a photo it would help
