Flame wrasse

Had the flame a 5+ months. Went through fw dip 2 weeks copper power and formalin by a friend.
The eye looks big and cloudy. Almost like an over sized white contact. Bad pic trying not to stress her out plus my glass is dirty

Any suggestions or what it might be?

I’m thinking it’s an infection or flukes causing the cloudy eye. I rehome a bunch of fish the past year and all had been fw dipped after removing fish and no sights of flukes.

If I treat with api Erythromycin Will I need to get flame out of state and in qt tank? I failed tonight on catching her.
How hard is Erythromycin on fragile wrasse? Like a few leopards and fairies that don’t do well with medications
