flaming mohican vs krakatoa

Depends on the milk i guess. I would spend 4-5k on the right fish, but that doesn't make me a fool if I have the money for it.

What your saying is true but you can't really recoup any money back for a fish. The corals could be grown on for 3 months & a couple sold to help pay for initial investment. Risky plan but could still pay off. All being well mine arrives next week which will be grown onto 5 or 6 before selling 1 to pay my krak debt off & leaves me with a free coral.

I've been on this forum for awhile, no need to try and cast me away to other forums. I understand the concept of wanting it and having the money. What is foolish is paying 2400$ for something you can for $500-$600. I'm not gonna go spend $20 on a gallon of milk just because I want milk and I've got $20., that would be foolish.

So then question is, where are you going to get one for $500-$600???? Have you seen them for sale anywhere

So I guess your price just went to $1,000 plus lol

No Richie I am not saying that..... I was pointing out the fact that there are none for sale... If there are none for sale anywhere then where are you going to get one for $500-$600..... The only place to get them is from GB and you have to go through eBay

Seriously. What people will pay IS the market value. The more publicity these receive them more people will want them. Take gem tangs, they go from 1500-3500 depending on the person, what is their REAL value? What people will pay.

No one will now what the next price will be because krak is not like milk that is available within walking distance

In any hobby this situation came up all the time, just who wants to be the first to own it

Just because a few people in market are a little luny or well off doesn't mean it's market value. Market value of today? Yes. After next listing? no.

Well what made this polyp go for that much more than the past ones?

Everybody has their limit and everybodies limit is different. I know I will never own one of these polyps.

I would guess if thats what someone is willing to pay for one. I will enjoy my mohican (now have two babies in a month) until I
could afford one and now looks like awhile. Who knows it could crash as fast as it went up?

If I had it and someone was knocking on my door to buy a frag for $1,000 and I told them you could get one for $500 if you could find it
....then heck yeah I would frag one ..... wouldn't you? It's there money and if comes my way why not? If I don't sell it to them he/ she would
find someone who will.

Look at the my frags rasta rainbows. The first eBay auction went for like 600. Then it was 400 then it was 200. Now they don't even go for 200. Just because some idiot buds something up does not mean that is the new market value. In my business thus would be called a thinly traded Zoa which makes price hard to determine. However I would not ever consider this with the 2400 price.

thats so foul ....but i think his skimmer isnt doing a good job.....mine would look like black coal...and it would smell foul...it looked like pee

yea i no it was going out of control so that's why i emptied it. and then she was talking to me and i forgot it was skimmer stuff. and i drank it. my skimmer always does a good job lol. it was over flowing a little so i had to shut it off cause i turned the knob by mistake lol.
