Flaming phoenix care

Anybody here have/had cb flaming phoenix monti? Would like to know how hardy is it and color? Also how much you paid for it?

I'd say it's definitely pretty Hardy the higher light the more orange you'll get out of it it's a pretty Coral just wish the polyps were green or blue instead of brown

It's not a fast montipora like the rainbows it's more like Beach Bum or alter ego in growth like I said if you place it up high it'll turn orange lower in the tank and gets more of the pink

If you don't have one already you should be able to get a pretty good deal on it I was getting rid of my frags for 15 to 20 bucks. Even though cornbread sells it for a lot more I paid like $80 for mine and that was an auction I won

Mine grows like a weed, and has a pink rim.

I should say it grew slowly until it settled in, then it Started growing really fast. If you weren’t on the other side of the country I’d cut you a piece cheap.
