Flaming Plum Pavona sweepers?!!!

I got this guy roughly 3 months ago and with the exception of the mouths being opened I have never seen anything else until today.
I need assistance, are these sweepers, if you look closely, there appears to be sweepers and this is the first time in 3 months that I have seen this.
Fed the tank, looked over every thing and was shocked.

I agree, thing is that it has never responded like this that I have seen in almost 3 months. I spot feed it with Reef Roids every week or so and have never noticed any response.
