Flasher wrasse experts... how to keep Diamond Tail flashing/terminal?

I just got a Diamond Tail flasher yesterday, and I'm in love. He's already prancing around like the star of the tank.

From the research I've done, it seems it's possible for them to revert to female unless they've reached terminal phase, correct? Would adding females of other flashers like Carpenter's or McCosker's keep him male and cause him to flash more?

Also can anyone tell if he's terminal or not? Thanks!!

Technically possible yes, but pretty unheard of in aquaria. Other genera are more prone; Paracheilinus is not one.

Potentially, but just rival males of other Paracheilinus species is probably a better bet.

It's subjective, but it's definitely far enough along that I'd wager a large sum of money on it staying the same, if not coloring up a little better.

It's usually okay, but doing at least 2 other species (as opposed to just one) would be better; helps disperse aggression.
