Flasher Wrasse Ich ID Help

Hey Everyone - Need to know what I'm dealing with here. I'm thinking ich but would like to confirm. The fish is eating and no signs of scratching/flashing. Also, I know Flasher Wrasses can be sensitive to certain meds. I've got Cupramine on hand but can get my hands on about anything relatively quickly. He's also in with a Hoeven's hence the bowl of sand. Thanks for your help!

Assuming that's not a bunch of sand stuck to his mucous coat, it looks like classic ich to me.
