So I’m aussuming my coral banded shrimp had killed my lawnmower Blenny because there was fin rippage and no other aggressive fish are in the tank other then the next victim— the wrasse. So here’s my issue, he hasn’t been swimming for at least a week or longer but is still alive. It seems his left fin was nipped. Idk what to do? Do I just ride it out with him? The banded shrimp is out now. Water levels are near perfect. Some advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Forgive me, but I am blind to a whole lot of detail here. Tank size? Other tank inhabitants? Other pictures of the fishes condition? What's the behavior like?

All the other fish are in perfect health.
2 clowns 1 Pygmy angel and 1 cardinal in a 40 gallon breeder tank. He just lays at the bottom and hides and never swims. I noticed his left fin almost gone or ripped. I can’t get any good pics of him. I had a lawnmower blenny die from fin nippage from my coral bandit assumably. He’s been taken out.

Do the clowns or the angel chase him when he does come out at all? Hiding like this can also be a sign of having been bullied and forced into hiding.

If anything the wrasse chased them around while he was swimming, never too much tho. I spotted him today still on the sand bed but alive and looking well except for his color being slightly off. It could be the angel, I’ve noticed it becoming more aggressive. The wrasse did chase him around from time to time. Could it have been my angel? Should I move him to my 10gal while he recovers or will that stress him more? I’d hate to see him just slowly die. Also thank you for helping me so much. I really do appreciate it.

It could be your angel being aggressive towards the wrasse, but there's no way for me to say with certainty.
Relocating to a 10g tank could be helpful.

I do not think your banded coral shrimp killed your blenny

Then maybe my wrasse did? And they duked it out or something? I moved my wrasse into my 10 gal he seemed to be swimming a bit better so hopefully he can recover peacefully in there. But I’ve seen my coral banded shrimp attack my fish before lol he had huge claws

Thank you. This morning he was laying in front of the tank so I grabbed him and put him in the 10 gal. It looks like he can actually swims but just doesn’t? Hopefully he can recover peacefully in there. Thank you.

That's certainly not normal. If this doesn't change with the removal of the prior possible stressors, then you're dealing with a disease issue.

Should I wait a few days or should I just start treating asap?
