Flasher Wrasse not doing well after FW dip

Dipped my new flasher wrasse in water for 5minutes. Put back in QT and he is lying on his side, breathing heavy, not looking too hot. before the dip, he was 100% fine, swimming tons and eating tons. I've had him since friday in just observational QT

it might of been a bit too long of a freshwater dip the longest I recommend is 2 minutes so he should recover if he is still alive but keep a eye on him and I wouldn't do any more treatment till he recovers
