Flasher wrasse or fairy wrasse ??

Still learning which wrasse is which. Think it's a fairy, please help me figure out which this one is and what other wrasse I can mix it with ?

Cebu Cirrhilabrus lubbocki. It's pretty peaceful, can be kept with most other reef safe wrasses.

Was looking at a fairy wrasse saw a blue throat that looked good can you recommend other fairies ?

Look for wrasses that are in different boxes from the one you've got (most of them are), look for boxes that are green or yellow for peaceful wrasses - watch for wrasses in red, such as the whipfin or Scott's fairy wrasse. Then look at the wrasses themselves, preferably in person. (I'd seen photos on the 'net and was unimpressed ... until I saw an orange-backed fairy wrasse in a LFS!) Find out how big they get, whether they're suitable for your tank, and whether you like their colors, finnage and price-points. When you see one that makes your breath catch in your throat ... research that fish, because it's the one you want to look at and care for for the next five years.
