I have been researching flasher wrasse, a site I was on said you could mix more than one male of different species together , to get them to flash. I wanted to see if yall think this is ok

This is just fine as long as you try species that aren’t too closely related. Ideally you want a 4’x2’ tank for any flasher as they seem to be prone to injury in tanks smaller than that.

What about fairy wrasses? Can you have multiple of them?

I have a red-lined wrasse now and want to add a Orange back and Leopard

You can absolutely do that just be cautious if you add any other Cirrhilabrus species after the orange back fairy, those guys can be brutal.
