Flashing eb832

[Wantsomemora Acrapora]

1 of my eb832's is flashing. There is nothing connected to it but it also has plugs 3,6 and 7 lit. It does not show up in fusion. Any ideas? I would appreciate some help. Thank you.

Try unplugging everything and re plugging in. Electronics need to be reset sometimes.

Flashing indicates it is not in communication with the Apex, and certain outputs are on because they are programmed with “Fallback ON”, meaning they automatically turn on when not in communications.

Inspect both ends of the AquaBus cable and all AquaBus ports for any rust or corrosion. Try a different AquaBus cable if you have one.

I'll give that a shot. Is there a difference in an aquabus cable and a regular usb cable? usb 2.0 or 3.0? I may have used an extra usb cable I had laying around.

AquaBus cables are standard USB Type A Male to Type A Male cables. As long as the cable does not have any built-in repeater, it will work with the Apex.
