Flat, oval, bugs on elegance and clams?

Any ID on these? (Not the bigger guy, hes just therw for scale)

They came off during a fresh water dip of clams and an elegance coral that was retracting for several weeks now.

they look like something i got from a clam a while back as well.

They looked kind of like chitons but they had legs and moved around very quick. turned out to be some kind of pods, they were harmless.
