Flat portion control

Looking for some advice on a clever way to serve even portions from LRS flat pack. Appreciate hearing your methods for feeding from these packs.

I just take out the entire sheet from the package and cute up even cubes and than put it in a ziplock bag for equal and easy feeding.

I allow to soften, Not thaw and break it up into small sections feeding size and place back in freezer

Definitely much easier to work with when softened. Thanks
