Flat work help!

I'll give that a read. I am just really concerned about my montis they where doing amazing just two weeks ago. I can't see any bugs on them how ever the only coral that seemed to have them was that one hammer. My lights went out about 20 min ago so I am going to go looking in about an hour. I don't want to put poison in my tank if i don't have to. I have two large media reactors I just need to pick up some more carbon.

Your corals won't be affected by Flatworm eXit. If you follow the guidelines in my article, you should be good to go.

My lights out for over an hour and can't find a trace of one. I will check again in morning before light. If I still can't find any should I be safe to dose? With being ready to siphon

I would look for them during the lighting period because they aren't shy. If you've siphoned out the majority of them (90% or better), that's when I'd dose the tank to get the last of them. And siphon within 10 minutes of treating when they start sailing on their little kite strings. Remove them as quickly as you can, and then run carbon to remove their toxins (which is likely ammonia based).

I have a malanarus he is about 6inches
I have 3" checkerboard wrasse and 3" leapored wrasse.
Wow. I'm shocked. I had one melanarus and he ate everything. Vermetids, flatworms, my shrimp.... which is why I no longer have him. Haven't seen a flatworm since he's been gone.

I think my fish have gotten lazy and only eat what I put in tank lol

So I have been checking in and off all day and I can't seem to fined any worms. The hammer I treated yesterday is about doubled in size today which I was glad to see. I am going to keep watching for a few days before putting in meds in my tank. Also I have a small gedi mind trick that looks pretty bad with all the rest my montis. I think I might try and get t off the rock to get a better look at any pest that may be affecting it

I recently had a problem with monti eating nudibranchs. Used bayer, had to dip 3-4 times a week.

Problem is my coral has been placed in permanent places. My pokerstar is on a large rock and has grown to cover about 4" of rock

What wrasse's do you have?
just looked back through the thread. Maybe skip a feeding or two so the wrasses start hunting.

I'm adding a yellow coris wrasse because of the nudi's. He's in quarantine now.
And I tried that FWE on them didn't work for me. Paralyzed my bristleworms for a while.

I have a malanarus, checkerboard/marbled wrasse and a leapored wrasse. I was thinking a candy hog fish I had one in my old 180 gallon tank he was awesome at pest control.
