That’s the best picture I can get, they look white on the pictures but to my eyes they look brownpic is no good to diagnose needs more zoomed in or to be clearer when enlarged. most likely ghost flatworms, and will go away on their own (they look clear or white) the bad ones are orange/red/brown colored. ghost ones are usually part of a newish tank process
