Flat worm identification

I dipped my new torch coral and all of this came out. I have them all over the tank especially on the torches. Can somebody please tell me what is the name of the worm and what I can treat it with? Maybe a wrasse or flatworm exit?

Red planaria ? Follow instructions , have mixed water, fresh carbon, and added air stone at the ready if using FW exit .
