What is this on the bottom of my zoanthid? If it is a flat worm what should i do I have already scraped it off with some tweezers. Is that OK?

was it moving? If it was mobile then yeah flatworm is a good guess. If it was immobile it could have been a sponge or any manner of strange thing that grows under frag plugs. . .

Removing it is probably a safe bet.

Because it was on the underside I didn't see it until I picked the frag up so I don't really know

In that case it is hard to say. I get all kinds of sponges growing under my plugs so it could very well have been that. Either way, you removed it and there probably isn't much to be done at this point other than keep an eye on the tank.
