I'm sorry. But I'm kot really sure what I'm looking at, can you circle what you're referring to or maybe get a better pic? Better yet if you can pull one of them and get it in a container and get some pictures, thatd be awesome

Hmmm I dont think it's a flatworm, looks closer to a small crab or maybe a coral shrimp

That's not a flatworm. however good food for a melanurus or 6 line wrasse. Below is a flatworm example
