Flat worm?

Is this a flay work? Had a dead hammer from a few months ago drop in between rocks and just fished it out and it’s got a critte4 on it.. also what is this gel type substance, it’s on several rocks close by. #1 Flat Worm ? #2 Ideas what this is?
