First step manual removal, take a filter sock and put it in your sump and hang it with a clip or something so it's not in the water. Take airline tubing and siphon out what you can and have it empty into the sock in the sump. This way your ago won't trigger and you can go on as long as you want without removing any water.

Depending on what size tank you have a melunarus wrasse is what I've had the most success with when it comes to eating them. 6 lines and yellow coris wrasse as well.

yes i have manually remove with a siphon a few seeming my tank had only rock from old display which had no flatworm they only could of come from a new piece or coral i purchased a week ago..... tank is 48 x 24 x18 with a 4 foot refugium and high filtration so perfect for wrasse.... however i have other wrasse such as my moon and bird which might get a bit frisky with another wrasse, plus i'm going fallow after 'accidentally' introduces white spot.... i will remove as much as i can see manually then if that does nothing i might treat flat worm exit... thanks alot! :)

yellow&purple wrasse and spotted mandarin combo will scope them all out and leave you never to post about a flat worm again ;Mask or any kind of pest really. Best of luck to you. I have seen quite a few bad stories of their toxin filling the tank when people thought they collected about 80% of them and then treated the tank and crashed the whole thing. Something none of us like to hear about on here. It is heartbreaking, because it can happen to anyone of us. I got lucky and picked two amazing fish for the job. When I seen people talking about them. I had no clue what they were and probably will never see one.

+1 on the melunarus wrasse, and six line is another good option, but six line doesn't get as near as the melunarus for pest removal. I have both and happy with the results
