Flat worms

I have 17,287 of those and I don't care in the least. I figure they are free inverts and they have never hurt anything. The fish that eat them like a six line wrasse are so fat, they can't swim.

Today I noticed my clown eat one off the glass right in front of me. I have a 160 gallon that’s showing a handful of these trying to figure out if I need to do something about it now or ignore it. This seems to be mixed opinions. It took 8x the recommended dosage of flatworm exit to kill them in a 45 gallon tank and even then I still see randoms that didn’t die

I waited planaria out. One day while I was treating for cyano with erythromycin (wasn't the first round, more like 3rd), they started a mass die-off after about 2 years in the system. Siphoned out all I could see/get to and ran some carbon, did a water change the next day and all was good. They do bother some corals but I found that periodic vacuuming made it nothing more than a nuisance.

I had those in my QT tank long time ago and they didn't harm anything in my tank. Yellow coris wrasse and never saw another one after. FWE did not kills the ones you pictured.

2nd this - acoel flatworms. Here's a link https://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhikers-guide/

I have these in both of my tanks. I tried flatworm exit and it did more harm than good - it was unwarranted, because I've had the worms for 3 years and they never bothered anything.

I have wrasses in both tanks to help keep the numbers in check. My pink-streaked has nearly eradicated them in my small tank.
