Flat worms?

I have a ton of these guys on my glass .. are they flat worms ? Good ones, bad ones ? They are tan/grey color.. should I do anything about these? Thanks in advance ....

Thanks! Should I just ignore these guys?
Not sure where they came from, haven’t introduced anything new in the tank in months... and I have lots of tiny tiny annoying snails too.

They're generally harmless. You can get a wrasse to eat them.

Gotcha, only problem is it’s my 5g nano... guess I’ll keep scraping them off

How old is that tank? Usually they bloom in newer ish tanks and then go away on their own.

This little tank started in October but all the rock came from another tank of mine that was two years old and no issues. So newish I suppose in this hobby...
