I have had flat worms for a while now hoping the would recede as of now they look like they’re getting worse. Should use use flatworm x. Any recommendations or suggestions will be helpful. Trying to get ride of them.

FlatwormX is often an alternative and not a solution.
There are many tyes of flatworms in the hobby and and pic or two under white lighting would be helpful for i.d.
Springieri damsel and wrasses such as Yellow coris, lunare , melanurus as well as 6 line eat flatworms. Other concern will be presence of eggs for which if they multiplied, there are likely tiny eggs somewhere in the tank and no chemicals will kill the eggs- they have to be scraped off outside of the tank
