My tank has been running now for 6to8 months now I have not added anything to it at all. I started it with new rock/ sand and all and used some old equipment from my old tank . I was all washed and stored for months . I just noticed today on the glass I had flat worms and I don’t know how I got them . I was wondering if anyone could id these for me am just assuming there bad guys

Probably acoel flatworms. Not dangerous unless in high numbers. And if acoel, pita to get rid of.

Manual removal, several types of halichoeres might eat them, springer damsel, 6line wrasse.. but all a hit or miss chance.
