And the directions say use four drops per gallon. It's best to shipon some live flatworms in exactly one gallon of tank water in a jug then put four drops. when they start to die. then wait IF you see some moving around put just one more drop and so on. One drop per gallon should do it.

When I added it to my tank you can visually see them lose their grip to the rock and sand. I started with the normal dose according to the directions. A week later I increased it by 30% or so. Then some time after that I went wild and increased it by 60%. The last time i dosed i used almost double but there was not much left by then. Have not seen any since.

Thanks for the advice, I ordered the flatworm exit from BRS late last night. Should be here by thursday. I'm thinking the weekend will be D-Day for the flatworms.

Good between now and then shipon all you can. The more the better. Let us know how it goes and remember don't be in a hurry. Check melvs reef too he has a video in it too really good.

I will. I might video the flatworm exit application and post that. I think that might be interesting to see for many people.

And another thing the directions doesn't say how long to keep carbon running let it run for about a week. This will make sure all the junk is out.

melanurus wrasse would have that completely cleaned out eating them all in 3 days. Flatworms are like steak to melanarus wrasses

Best cure there is.

My experience with FWExit in my old 125g was: siphon out as many as I could. When I added the killer sauce mine moved to the glass. I wiped off as many as I could. After about 1 hour I changed 50% of the water and started 2 carbon reactors (little fishes 150's i think) the next day did another 50% water change. 1 week later did another treatment the same way and refreshed the carbon. Nothing was effected but the worms.

My current separate fuge has them now. They drink FWExit like cheap beer. The more the better. I dont even think they get a buzz off the stuff.

I could do a census and see how many I have, but it would be a moot point cause the FLATWORM APOCALYPSE IS COMING!!! ;Rage;Punch;Vamp
