Flatworm eating clown?!?

So I had this really bad flatworm outbreak, and I ordered a six line at my lfs and before I picked it up I got two mocha clowns from a guy and then boom no more algae eating flat worms. Anyone think they would pick them off the glass and eat them or did I do something I didn't know. I also lost power for 8 hours the night before I got the fish.

if you have flatworms, and a 6 line wrasse, you will end up with a wrasse that looks like a football. same goes for pod populations.

I had some juvenile Picasso's that would eat them when I would knock them off the glass with a mag float.
