Flatworm exit

My copepod grow out tank has acquired some brown flat worms (I ID'd them) and I'd like to remove them if possible. Will flat worm exit kill the amphipods and copepods?

Is this just an empty tank or is there live rock?
You may be able to just manually remove them. While I agree the flatworm exit won't harm them, the dead flatworms may.
