Flatworm ID? I don't think FLatworm Exit is working on them...

They don't seem to be harming corals, I noticed them a few weeks ago. Had a brand new bottle of FWE on hand. Didn't notice much...After a WC today and I siphoned a few up, I tried to do the "After 30 mins add half of a full dose if you don't see any effect" like the directions said.

Not running my reactor or skimmer atm, these dudes are steady chillin and I am afraid to add any more FWE until told otherwise.

Renee @Lionfish Lair was interested in FW that showed a resistance to FW exit. They maybe a photosynthetic type and a black out will knock back their numbers. Let Renee chime in.

Those are indeed the photosynthetic type. The only ones we deal with that aren't, are the Ghost Flatworms. I think it's what keeps the "ghost" one's numbers under control. I think a blackout may help on a couple of different levels. Both directly and in that it will keep film algae/diatoms down, which will reduce food for the pods, which will reduce food for the flatworms. I don't know how much it will beat the numbers back, but you'll definitely be restricting their food. It might be something to try.

I've gotten a few PMs about treatments not working. That's why I was kind of curious if we were seeing resistance.

Would a Sixline Wrasse be too crazy? All I have in this tank fish wise for now is a Orange Striped Goby and Cardinal (Reefer 170 - 34g with 11g sump) both are extremely docile fish. I have always heard to avoid Wrasse

You do not need to avoid all wrasse, try an eight line or a possum. Damsels will eat FW as well you just need to train them do so. A day or so without food, take a turkey baster and blow the FW off surfaces, after a couple times the Damsel usually gets the idea.
Try the black out as well.
