Just noticed these flatworms in my two month old tank. If they're bad I'd want to eradicate them now. They seem to be multiplying pretty fast. Thanks!

knocks wood, tosses salt, does a fancy jig....ten years in always had a few flat worms around never had problems with coral eating death machines.
You get them, many are just as good/neutral for your tank as pods, random stars, random sponges, random etcs.

and I feel the need to explain, that acoel flatworm is just short for... Acoelomorpha a subphylum class. It's the same as saying that mouse is a vertebrata...just like a whale, dog, bird and human. OR you Id the difference between a fungi and a plant! congrates...yup it's a fungi can you eat it?

Truth is ....your not likely to Really ID this one. Not because science Cant because well no real need or profit in IDing such down to species so no one really has.

IF it's not brightly colored as these tend to look like what they eat, and your corals are doing fine...I wouldnt be too concerned. Seriously...I got em(or close enough) in my tank too.

Flat worms are common in new tanks as those are the best conditions for them. If you go slow and don't add any coral or fish to feed they will just go away in time.
