The video won’t play on my phone, but I agree it’s definitely a flatworm of some variety (given the branching bilateral symmetry, I’d guess it’s an acoel flatworm species, possibly from the Convolutidae family).
If they’re in a system without fish, I’d be inspecting anything in the tank with them to see if they’re eating something in the system (I’d also be checking the system they’re connected to to see if they’re in that tank too or not and if they could spread to that tank somehow). From my admittedly limited knowledge of flatworms, the only harmless flatworms I know at this point are the ghost flatworms, so I’d probably operate under the assumption that these guys are harmful in some way and see about how to get rid of them.
Also, most people upload their video to YouTube and link it from there, as this site seems to frequently struggle with video uploads.
