Flatworm ID

About a week ago i noticed these red looking flat worms on one of my pieces of live rocks now i did pulled a bunch with the turkey baster and today i notice some more too. Would they be good or bad?

Red flat worms need to go! Buy some critters know to eat them.

like what would u recomend that eats them? Would they feed on tigerpods? I had a large population and now they have diminished.
