Flatworm ID

When it rains it pours… ;Joyful I jinxed myself yesterday by saying I had 4 “successful” nanos and then I see these guys today. Not sure how I hadn’t noticed them before. They’re almost the same color as coralline algae & I think that’s what I thought they were when I saw one on the glass the other day.
I already have a Yellow Coris Wrasse in this tank… clearly not doing his job. LOL
Any thoughts? Kill immediately?

can't really see it in photo, but what I can see of your tank looks really nice!

I did the Salifert Flatworm eXit treatment but you want to first get as many out as you can... maybe your wrasse *IS* doing a good job and that is why you are just now seeing as few as you are but the wrasse can't get into the nooks and crannies of your gorgeous tank.

flatworms can be toxic when they die, so I found treatment to be stressful. I also think my sailfin threw up 2x from eating dead worms during treatment better that than tang death I guess ... it only slowed down his eating, and he avoids anything now that resembles them

After I did the first treatment, I was amazed at how many I was sucking up out of water column!!! I only thought I had a few ... beyond eewww.... two weeks later I repeated and had some but nowhere near same level as first time. I've never done it again since

Thank you for the compliments and thank you for the advice!! I’m doing a water change tomorrow so I think I’ll suck out as many as I can while doing that and then do the flatworm exit route later this week when I can do another water change.
