Found this on the glass this morning. Second set of pictures in a solo cup for scale.

good or bad? Tank is still cycling and has no fish/corals, etc should I do anything to wipe them out before I go any further?

Go for it. FW exit is pretty safe, until the things die. That's the only issue. I don't know how toxic planarian flatworms are. Better to start now than later!
 
Do you think it’s worth treating the tank with Flatworm eXit since I don’t have anything in the tank yet?
agree with @Mibu treating now rather than later

I followed @melev's info for my treatment (post below) and everything went well. Once dead, flatworms are toxic and my sailfin tang did eat and throw up (didn't know fish threw up until saw it happen...)

EDIT: I did a 2nd treatment with Sailfert Flatworm eXit two weeks after first treatment and haven't seen any since
