Flatworm ID

I've scoured Google, and searched here in this thread, haven't seen anything looking close enough. These I haven't seen during the day, but checking on things after lights out saw a few on the glass, they're obviously a flatworm but hoping to find out how bad this is. Not really bad or BAD?! They appear the be very oval and I can't see any identifying shape in the outline of their body. They appear to be a gray-ish cream colored, with a light brown/tan center. Any ideas?

I could be way off base here, but it looks like a chiton to me. Do they have a segmented shell on the back ?
