A few days ago I noticed just one or two of these things crawling on the glass. I scraped them out of the tank and moved on. Now, I see about 10-15 on the glass. After doing some quick research, I think they are some type of flatworm, but not positive. They look brown with a white head. If anyone has any advice on how to remove them, that would be helpful. I only have one Xenia in this tank and a seahorse, so I know I need to be careful with what medication I use.

Hard to tell from the picture, but looks to be a ghost flatworm. Shouldn't be a big deal and are typically harmless except if they grow in numbers.

I know, the picture isn’t very good. It was extremely hard to get a clear picture of it on the glass, so this is the best I could do haha. Clicking on that link actually led me to find that it’s an acoel flatworm. Do you know if those are harmful?

I don't believe they are harmful in the common sense but here's another discussion on them and others.

I would keep manually removing them as seen.
