Flatworm on hammer tip?

Noticed this on the tip of one of my gold hammers tentacles today. Looks like a flatworm of some kind. I don't see any anywhere else. Should I be concerned?
 
I have never had to deal with flatworms but based on the discoloration of the tentacle it is on I would be concerned
 
Yeah, coral doesn't seem bothered at all. The discoloration on the tentacle was the worm. I just did a quick reefdip and shook it a bit. 2 brown worms came off.

After the dip, I also noticed the tissue is brown at the base of the tentacles.
Please tell me this is normal and not the start of BJD...
